Hi, I'm Markus, owner and head roaster at BlackMan Coffee Roasting Company. Coffee has been a part of my everyday routine since I was 19. As I became a more experienced coffee drinker, I kept wondering, "what is good coffee?" In 2020 I started to roast my own coffee. The science behind coffee roasting fascinated me and soon it grew from a passion into a small business.
